Knowing how you want to feel is the most powerful form of clarity and inspiration you can have. You have control over how you feel. Once you know what your desired feelings are, make decisions based on how you want to feel.
Your desired feelings are your guide to making choices around food, exercise and lifestyle choices
So again, how do you want to FEEL?
See if any of the feelings below resonate with you. What feelings can you come up with on your own? Spent a few minutes brainstorming. Just start writing them all down. Don't think too much.

Once you have your list, narrow it down to 3-5 desired feelings. When you know how you want to feel, you can make choices in your life with more ease and clarity.
The next step is to start making choices that generate those feelings. To do this, first check in with yourself before making a choice, and ask if the choice is in alignment with how you want to feel.

To set yourself up for success, find creative, fun ways to remind yourself of your desired feelings.
Create a vision board that illustrates your desired feelings. Make sticky notes and post where you see them daily. Set up phone reminders. Create a daily practice of calling in and/or embodying those feels in the here and now.
